At Simpleprojectus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
